This is a capacity 3 ton electric single-beam suspension crane made by Weihua Crane. It is a light-duty crane working with Model CD1/MD1 wire rope hoist as the lifting mechanism. The suspension crane is traveling under the I-beam. Generally, suspension crane has a standard lifting weight of 0.5 tons-10 tons, a span of 3m to 16m, and an electric hoist running speeds of 20m/min and crane traveling speed 30m/min. It can be customized by non-standard.

Application: Used in the fields of machinery, assembly line, warehouse, etc.

Manual of Electric Suspension Crane:

Before Work:

1. Before start the crane, operator shall check the hooks, wire ropes and safety devices, all these parts shall be in normal status.

2. The operator must confirm that there is no people under the crane or on the track before starting the power.

During Work:

When lifting a heavy object for the first time or lifting the maximum weight, the weight shall be lowered to the ground again after lifting a height of 0.5m, and the brake performance shall be checked.

After Work:

1. Raise the hook to a certain height, stop the crane at the designated position, and place the pendant control at the zero position; and cut off the eletricity power.

2. Daily maintenance to the crane.

3. Shift handover.
