Chairman of Weihua Group, Han Hong'an and Northwestern Polytechnical University School of Mechatronics leader Zhang Yingfeng jointly announced  the establish of Employment and Practice Base for Northwestern Polytechnical University School of Mechatronics. Weihua President Long Hongxin and Zhang Yingfeng signed strategic cooperation agreements on behalf of both parties.
