Insulation bridge crane is designed for smelting workshops of electrolyzing nonferrous metal, aluminum and magnesium. It is composed of box-type girder, crane traveling mechanism, trolley and electrical parts.

To prevent the current passing through the lifting mechanism to the crane and endangering operator's life, parts of the bridge crane are processed by insulation treatment. The crane work level is heavy duty, so the main lifting mechanism is equipped with dual braking system in order to ensure safe operation.

Features of Insulation Bridge Crane:

1. 3 parts of the crane are insulated to ensure the security of the hook, pulley, lifting mechanism, trolley frame and the crane;

2. The impedance of each insulation is ≥1 mΩ at 20℃~25℃ and humidity ≦85%.
